Return Policy:
You may return your product within 30 days from the date on your invoice. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange it or issue a refund (less shipping and handling) if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Returning Open Items:
Our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The unused portion of the product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the original price (less S&H and a 15% restocking fee)
Returning Incorrectly Shipped Items:
For incorrectly shipped items please email us within 24 hours, we will replace it and instruct you on how to return the incorrect item.
Returning Damaged Items:
For damaged items please email us within 24 hours of receipt. Make a copy of the package shipping instructions and return that with the damaged item. No shipping charges will be applied when we send the replacement order.
